 IDB: Sh87b for price project in Busoga region- Mbagadi MPS have approved a $34M (about SH87BN) loan for financing enhanced national food security by increasing rice production in the districts of Iganga and Bugiri in Busoga region.Presenting the loan request to Parliament , Kagoma MP Fredrick Mbagadi said the funds will be secured from the Islamic Development Bank with a repayment period of 15 years.
