Head of sponsorship for ongoing international agricultural London Award ceremony – The International AGROW Awards 

Driving all revenue to finance Awards for 4 years. Dealing with the leading and emerging international agrochemical and agricultural companies. Doubling sponsors and revenue from 1st year to 2nd and 3rd year. Face to face client visits, attending international conferences and networking to establish ongoing relationships with clients.  Working closely alongside the marketing department.

September 2010 – July 2011 (11 months) Auckland, New Zealand (1 year working holiday visa) Kiwi Income Property Trust – Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. Promotional Leasing Retail Manager 

Working with New Zealand's leading brand and marketing agencies on promotional casual leasing at New Zealand's largest shopping centre - Sylvia Park.

Assisting on marketing strategies for leading global and national consumer brands, film distributors (Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox, Disney, SONY/ HOYTS), record companies (SONY Music) for promotional artist launches, film premiers, live music events and leading retail organisations

Working on design and marketing for pop up retail units with the clients of leading brand agencies.  Promoting and sourcing music for Christchurch charity fund raising event. Over-achieving set targets and implementing a new strategy for casual leasing.

Dec 2006 - November 2008  - Audience Magazine/ LIVE UK - Baker Street, London (UK)  Advertising Manager

Head of advertising and managing advertising team for leading international trade Live Music publications - Audience Magazine (International) and LIVE UK (National), and Live Music Conference (The Summit) whilst also selling. 

Working on advertising and marketing campaigns for leading international live music promoters including AEG, Live Nation, international agents, venues, festivals and suppliers to the live music industry.

Negotiating and building relationships. Attending leading live music international conferences and events to develop and establish client relations and seek new business.

Driving all advertising revenue for the business and overseeing production of all titles, liaising with design and marketing departments. Managing the advertising team, sales training, conducting interviews, regular team meetings and giving appraisals to the team to motivate and drive sales.

Brij's  interests include travelling, and has traveled to parts of Asia, Australasia, South America, USA, Africa and Europe and he enjoys socialising.

Brij very passionate about music and have enjoyed playing, writing and producing music in a band and as a solo artist for the past 10 years.  He also enjoy playing live gigs and have also created an independent label.
